How It Works

We’re proudly Ethical Clothing Australia (ECA) accredited and to celebrate, we’ve teamed up with ECA to offer a selection of exclusive Mother’s Day pieces, available direct to the public for the first time. Normally we make garments for businesses, so this is a special chance to shop our Melbourne-made, ethically crafted pieces for yourself or someone you love.

SHIPPING

If you have selected pick-up, please note our hub is open Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesdays 10am-3pm 

Orders will dispatch on our operating days Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. 

For all deliveries, including Domestic PO Box and Parcel Locker/Collect addresses parcels will be sent via Australia Post.

For all shipping services a tracking number will be provided via email once your parcel has left Assembled Threads hub. 

We advise that you use a secure delivery address. Assembled Threads is unable to take responsibility for stolen parcels.

RETURN POLICY

All items must be returned new, unused within 14days of receipt.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days.
